We are principally a manufacturer and retailer. Retailing can utilise a number of facilities and functions including our Retail Partner Stores (off the street and in shopping centres), the Internet, promotional material (using various forms including paper and electronic mail outs), credit and other card systems, lay by arrangements and reward schemes. As a successful and long established retailer we carry out any or all of these means of business from time to time.
Please note that our Retail Partner Stores are happy to help with all in store purchases, however if you would like your order sent out to you, please either place your order online or phone 02 9436 4544 as the stores do not have the facilities to send goods.
OBTAINING PERSONAL INFORMATION
Because of the nature of our business it is necessary to obtain personal information from time to time. We will however not be unduly intrusive nor obtain or use information in an inappropriate manner. We will only ask for and use personal information we reasonably need to conduct our business.
If you have received any promotional material and do not wish to receive it then upon letting us know we will not send it to you.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT:
- to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
- to cancel an order subject to availability of stock. All our offers are subject to availability of stock items.
- to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
REFUNDS
Should we not be able to fulfil your order for any reason we will refund your payment within 2 days and inform you of the reason for non fulfilment. For more information about our refund policy, please click here.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.). Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
PRODUCT CARE
During packing and transit the outer plastic may become temporarily creased. Such creasing will quickly disappear with the aid of warm temperatures. On receipt of goods it is advisable to place them in a warm room to help the plastic smooth out. For best results, please puff up the bags by adding tissue inside.
WHAT IS LULU Australia’s PRICING POLICY ?
We try to keep our prices consistent throughout our retail partner stores and online stores. Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or mark downs that are only available through our retail partner stores or online and factory sales. Special product mark downs or promotions that appear within our online store are only available when ordering online unless otherwise stated.
GST
All prices in the online store include GST. GST is payable on all goods delivered within Australia.
Australia Only Deliveries
Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. We deliver by courier or Australia Post and your signature is required upon delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address or PO box if more convenient. If no one is available to sign for the parcel; 2 more attempts will be made to deliver the parcel upon returning back to us. Sorry no C.O.D’s
