RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We only accept returns for faults or for wrong order fulfilment.
Should we not be able to fulfil your order for any reason we will refund your payment within 2 days and inform you of the reason for non fulfilment.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM(S)?
If you have bought an item from one of our Partner Retails Stores you must return it to that store in accordance with the Store’s return policy.
If you have bought an item Online, please return the item(s) including packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks of order date – unused. If the goods are faulty or not as ordered we will credit your original method of payment or, we can exchange a product if you have communicated this to Natalie Fenn, on (02) 9436 4544 or by email to sales@luluaustralia.com.au
